The second phase of the technical training program for Sumitomo excavators by After Sales Services has been completed. As in the first stage TSM GLOBAL and authorized service personnel participated in the second training program, which is a continuation of the first stage of basic technical training.
Within the scope of the training program; Training was given on the electrical system along with issues such as reading fault codes and troubleshooting. Participants were also trained on hydraulic system and engine in the training program held on three different dates. The service personnel participating in the training program, which aims to reinforce the understanding of faster and more efficient service, expressed their satisfaction with the trainings provided, and stated that these and similar trainings increased customer satisfaction and they were also happy with the increase of this satisfaction.
